The application raises an objection with regard to selection of Aanganwari Centre No. 157 without disclosing the status of the petitioner to file such application.
Times without number, this Court has observed in such matter that where the Aanganwari Centre shall be located or established is purely an administrative decision of the State. The Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order and grant the relief. Petitioner may ventilate his grievance before the appropriate authority/forum in accordance with law.
