JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that rupees two lacs twenty five thousand was given to the father of the petitioner. Subsequently, the father of the petitioner issued cheque which got bounced. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the father of the petitioner as neither the petitioner was entrusted with the money nor the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 499 of 2008 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
