The petitioner is in custody on his surrender since 16.09.2017 in connection with Baligoan P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 401, 410, 420, 406, 379, 411 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) and (f) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been named subsequently. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-II-cum-
