Petitioner is in custody in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 508 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 13 liters of mahua wine was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.7.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60802 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 508 of 2019.
