Petitioner is in jail custody since 3.10.2015 on the accusation that 600 liters of Kerosene oil was recovered from his godown and he was found engaged in selling Kerosene oil in the black market.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody and also taking note of this fact that investigation has already been completed, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S.Case No. 79 of 2015.
