In this case admittedly the petitioner has been asked to discharge the duty on and from 1996 and as per claim of the petitioner, he has been working in the Department since then. The Scheme of regularization has recognized the cutoff date 11.12.1990 and any person appointed thereafter cannot be considered for regularization in view of the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka & ors. v. Uma Devi & ors., reported in (2006)4 SCC 1.

In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any

Patna High Court CWJC No.14151 of 2013 (2) dt.09-11-2016 merit in the present application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
