The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gopalganj (T) P.S. Case No. 286 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely Shamsuddin @ Samsudin Ahmad has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 49644 of 2017 on 15.12.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57744 of 2017 (3) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (T) P.S. Case No. 286 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
