JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-12-2018 Counsel appearing for the respondent University has brought to the notice of this Court the "STATUTES REGARDING GUIDELINE FOR TRANSFER OF TEACHERS AND PRINCIPALS OF THE COLLEGES AND TEACHERS OF THE POST-GRADUATE DEPARTMENTS OF THE UNIVERSITIES (No. 269/GS (C) dated 22.7.1982)" wherein such order of transfer, as has been assailed by the petitioner in the instant writ proceedings, are subject to final decision of the Chancellor.

On being faced with such statute counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be raising his grievance

Patna High Court CWJC No.16599 of 2018 dt.05-12-2018 2/2 regarding transfer in question which he alleges to be punitive before the Chancellor by making his representation under the said statute within a period of two weeks.

Writ petition is disposed off with the liberty aforesaid. This Court would only expect that since the objection regarding alternative remedy has been raised by the respondents in the instant writ proceeding, respondents will co-operate for expeditious disposal of the representation before the Chancellor.
