Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan (Tilkeshwar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 237 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have fired upon the injured which hit on the face of the injured. The bullet/pellet has been found in the wind-pipe of the injured.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
