JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given one sword blow causing head injury to informant's mother. The impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge shows that investigating officer could not collect any injury report during course of the investigation but C.T. Scan report of a private clinic was produced by the informant and according to aforesaid report, there was fracture on the head of informant's mother.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
