2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 315, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 18.09.2023, this petitioner alongwith co-accused Neetu Devi assaulted informant and her daughter, who was pregnant at that time, due to which, the baby of informant's daughter died in stomach itself.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.06.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur / Successor Court in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 1099 of 2023.
