JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-08-2016 Heard Sri Sumeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajendra Prasad Nat, learned A.P.P. The petitioner, who is informant in Kesaria P.S. Case No. 245 of 2013 has approached this court against an order passed by revisional court whereby revision preferred by the petitioner against order of grant of bail has been rejected. The court is of the opinion that for cancellation of bail the petitioner has availed incorrect forum. I do not find any
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14149 of 2016 (2) dt.08-08-2016 2/2 ground to interfere with the impugned order. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.
The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above.
