This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bheldi P.S. Case No.191 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the case is pending for pronouncement of judgment.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application rejected.

It is expected that the judgment in the trial shall be pronounced by the trial court within a reasonable time i.e. preferably within one month from today.
