2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 241 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 103(1), 118(1) and 352 of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Lalit Singh, who is the assailant of the deceased, had shot at the deceased. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda/concerned Court below in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 241 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i) Till the framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear personally in the trial regularly. After framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

(ii). The petitioner will not tamper with the evidence.
