JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No.72 of 2017, a case under Sections 341/342/307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. Some other co-accused are named in the F.I.R. on the disclosure of the victim that the named persons had burnt her.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61407 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Vidyapati Nagar Police Station Case No. 72 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
