Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Bhawesh Kumar @ Vawesh Kumar Pahuja has already been allowed regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 09.11.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 51958 of 2017 by a reasoned order. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58084 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 case is pending in connection with Kasim Bazar Police Station Case No.165 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be residents of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
