2. After some argument, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits at the bar that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4234 of 2023, which was disposed of on 03.08.2023, the copy of which has been brought on record by way of Annexure6 Series. Similar orders have also been brought on record which is the part of the writ petition.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that if the writ petition shall be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.15409 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 orders, he shall be satisfied.

4. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State as well NTPC submit that the claim of the petitioner shall be examined by the concerned authorities and in case the case of the petitioner is found identical to those, similar order shall be passed.

5. In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner and the submissions advanced before this Court, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 03.08.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4234 of 2023.

6. It is made clear that if the claim of the petitioner shall be found identical to those on which the petitioner seeks parity, the similar order shall be passed in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
