2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 65 liters of illicit country made mahua liquor.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2025.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63641 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-I, Munger/ concerned Court below in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Kasim Bazar Police Station, District- Munger on every Sunday of the month.
