In this case, the petitioner has applied for appointment on the post of Constable in the Bihar Police Service against the advertisement No. 2 of 2009, but she could not be appointed. From the counter affidavit, it appears that the last person who has been appointed in her category has secured 21 marks, whereas the petitioner has secured 13 marks only.
