The petitioners in the present case are seeking regular bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No.65 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioners were absconding for 7 years and they are in custody since 03.06.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65665 of 2019(3) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 only, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners. The prayer is refused.

Learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it as early as possible.
