Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 337 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 420, 467, 486, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64210 of 2022. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67480 of 2022(3) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistate I, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 337 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
