Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is covered by the judgment and order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19765 of 2016 (Arun Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and the State has also submitted that the order passed in the aforesaid case squarely covers the present case.

In that view of the matter, let the authority concerned should examine the case of the petitioner and the case of Arun Kumar (supra) and if it is found that the fact, law and prayer of the present case is identical to the case of aforesaid Arun Kumar, the present petitioner will also be granted the same benefit as has been given to Arun Kumar.
