The petitioners is seek bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.315/2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the IPC and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the case and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submit that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and is in jail custody since 02.08.2019.
