Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already approached the concerned authority by way of filing representation as contained in Annexure-4. He further submits that the matter is pending at the level of District Establishment Committee and as such this court may direct the respondent, District Establishment Committee (respondent no.5) to take final decision on the representation filed
Patna High Court CWJC No.17298 of 2017 (2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 by the petitioners.
In view of the innocuous prayer made by the writ petitioners, the writ application is disposed of with direction to respondent nos. 4 and 5 to see that the representation is taken to its logical end by a reasoned speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of this order and a copy of the representation. With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
