JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the complainantopposite party no.2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 0517 of 2016 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no truth behind the allegation of subjecting the complainant to cruelty for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. As a matter of fact, the complaint case was filed after four years of marriage on account of matrimonial discord and incompatibility.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the submissions advanced at the Bar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 0517 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
