JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 Admittedly, Case No. 3 of 2015-16 is pending before the Certificate Officer, Vaishali.

In view of the pendency of the certificate case, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, however, interest of justice would be served if the petitioner is granted liberty to appear before the Certificate Officer, Vaishali and file his final response taking all grounds, which he has taken in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an objection within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.7325 of 2018 (4) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 period of two weeks from today which shall be disposed of by the Certificate Officer within a period of two weeks thereafter and in the meantime i.e. for a period of four weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
