The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for quashing the order dated 24.08.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Narkatiyaganj, West Champaran, Bettiah, whereby his License No. 53/07 in respect to P.D.S. shop has been cancelled. The order impugned is appealable under Rule 32(3) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 before the concerned District Magistrate and, as such, this writ petition is not maintainable.
