Patna High Court CWJC No.15351 of 2024(2) dt.05-10-2024 2/2 issuance of writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus, commanding and directing the concerned respondents to remove the encroachment made over the public land appertaining to Khata no. 42, Plot no. 917, 952, 954 and 1157, Thana no. 537, situated at Mauza-Pipra, Circle Kutumba (Aurangabad), recorded as gairmajarua Aam land."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kutumba, District-Aurangabad, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
