2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

" (i) For commanding the respondents, specially Respondent No. 4, S.P. West Champaran to accept the joining on the post of Constable in Bettiah District Police.

(ii) For directing the respondents to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner as per law.

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the facts and

3. At the very outset, the Court has been informed that the joining of the petitioner has been accepted.

4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsistence allowance for the period under suspension has not been paid.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the respondent no. 4 with regard to the payment of his subsistence allowance. If the same is filed within two weeks from today, the respondent no. 4 shall consider the same and if the petitioner is found entitled in law to any payment , the same shall be paid.
