2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 05.12.2017 passed in CWJC No. 17222 of 2017.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party-bank, in paragraph 7 whereof it is stated that the judgment of this Court stands complied with. The bank has considered the

Patna High Court MJC No.665 of 2018 dt.24-08-2018 representation of the petitioner and fixed the instalments to be paid by him. The relevant letter sought to be communicated to the petitioner could not be delivered upon refusal by his daughter and thereafter returned by the postal department with the endorsement, "the receiver has gone outside".
