This appeal has been preferred against order dated 24.04.2013 passed by Sri J.D. Goswami, Member (Technical), Railway Claims Tribunal, Patna Bench at Patna, in connection with Claim Application No. OA 000177/2002, refusing the claim preferred against death of one Sanjay Khatik by his mother Smt. Teeja Devi, who also subsequently died leaving behind her daughter, the appellant and one son Ramu, who were substituted in her place.
The Claim Tribunal for the reasons mentioned in the judgment refused the claim giving rise to present appeal preferred only by the daughter of the claimant. But, for the reasons best known, co-substituted applicant, brother of the appellant, Ramu, has not been
Patna High Court MA No.508 of 2013 (10) dt.05-01-2015 impleaded has party to this appeal either as appellant or respondent.
Hence, his absence proves fatal, consequently without any further identification, this appeal is hereby dismissed.
