JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 457, 382 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that, while committing theft, one of the accused, namely, Sukhram Rishideo was apprehended who disclosed the name of petitioner as his associate who escaped from the scene with the booty.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that exceptional confessional statement, there is nothing on record to implicate the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.2614 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. case No. 381/2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Araria. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
