1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 109 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 120(B), 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the complaint case is totally false and fabricated. The petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further he submits that the nature of the case is of civil dispute. It is further contended that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 109 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
