1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 165 of 2025 dated 20.05.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 80 and 61(2) of the B.N.S.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that both the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the unnatural death of the deceased, the petitioner no. 1 is the brother-in-law and the petitioner no. 2 is the sister-in-law of the deceased and both have been residing separately from the husband of the deceased

No.64486 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 since long, in fact, the deceased committed suicide and her death was suspected by the Police and therefore, for ascertaining her cause of death, her viscera was sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory for examination. However, in the entire F.I.R., there is no specific allegation against both the petitioners and one coaccused Md. Akbar carrying similar nature of allegations has been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 55800 of 2025. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is a 19 years old youth and petitioner no. 2 is a lady.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioners relationship with the deceased and also the fact that in the F.I.R., there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and one similarly situated co-accused mentioned above has already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court and coupled with the petitioners' custody period and completion of investigation, this court is inclined to release them on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 165 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty
