JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by a judgment of the coordinate Bench of this Court reported in 2018(3) PLJR 1029 rendered in the case of Akhilanand Singh & ors. vs. State of Bihar & ors. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent nos. 4 & 6 explaining as to how this case is covered by the aforesaid judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Akhilanand Singh (supra) within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent nos. 4 & 6 shall take a final decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.18170 of 2018 (3) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

If the respondent nos. 4 & 6 find that the case of the petitioner is fit for absorption, consequential benefits shall be granted within a period of eight weeks of passing of the final order.

The writ petition is disposed off.
