The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 16.07.2019 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Sadar Ara, Bhojpur, whereby and whereunder the PDS dealership license of the petitioner bearing License No. 30 of 2016 has been cancelled.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to assail the aforesaid order dated 16.07.2019 by filing appropriate appeal before the appellate authority. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 16.07.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.19999 of 2019(2) dt.18-03-2021 2/2 Officer, Sadar Ara, Bhojpur, before the Appellate Authority and in case, such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by the Appellate Authority on merits, in accordance with law, without being impeded by the issue of limitation, preferably within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
