Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 137 and 147 of the Railway Act. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion on the railway platform that he was involved in pick pocketing and theft. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2017 and he was falsely implicated only for the reason that the mobile phone of the petitioner and blade was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58400 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patna Rail Police Station Case No. 346 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
