The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 420, 406, 409 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the complaint petition filed on 10.06.2016, which is the basis of F.I.R. of the present case but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner and one Anuj Kumar Singh have come in the statement of one witness. It is further submitted that co-accused, Anuj Kumar Singh has already been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail by a Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60447 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 this Court vide order dated 11.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 22879 of 2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
