The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384/420/353/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Both sides are family members. Allegation is that the petitioners removed the necessary documents of Anganbari Centre of the informant and did not return in spite of the request of the informant.

Submission is that there is land dispute between the parties. Both sides are running Anganbari Centre and for that dispute this false case has been lodged.

No.55410 of 2016 (3) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra/Successor Court in connection with Marhaura Police Station Case No.504 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
