====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Vikas Mohan, for the petitioner. Perused the order dated 30.10.2015 passed by Sub Judge XI, Muzaffarpur in Title Suit No.208 of 2009 whereby the Court below rejected the application filed by the petitioner for appointment of pleader commissioner.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the Court below clearly recorded finding that in a suit for declaration of title, the appointment of pleader commissioner is not required in the present case and it is not necessary to get the measurement of the rooms of the constructed portion of the suit property.

Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
