Petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 registered under Sections- 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Allegations of demanding dowry is false and concocted. Petitioners are separate in mess from the husband of the deceased. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the deceased was done to death due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. During investigation, witnesses have supported the prosecution case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1363 of 2017 (3) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 Charge-sheet has already been submitted against the accused persons including petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioners. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
