The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 679 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 11(1) of POCSO Act.

It has been submitted that Tanik kumar with similar allegation has been granted bail on surrender by learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-X vide order dated 4.10.2016. There is allegation against this petitioner that he along with other accused used to harass the daughter of the informant when she was going to her coaching at Yadav Chowk.
