The petitioner claims that the Adarsh Rajkiya Middle School situated at Birpur, Kanti was the land donated by the petitioner's grandfather and he therefore claims that the name of the grandfather be prefixed with the name of the school. The question with regard to naming any school in the name of the donor, cannot be said to be a right either for person who has donated or his heir like the petitioner.
