The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 6793 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 37(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to illegal demand of police official. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2019.
