This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sadar P.S. Case No.834 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 376(3), 325, 342, 377/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and under Section 75/79 of the J.J. Act. 3.
It is an unfortunate case in which the mother has sold her minor daughter to a man aged about 40-45 years, who has sexually abused the victim and used to assault her. 4.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. it appears that the mother of the victim used
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66762 of 2023(3) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 to stay in the house of the petitioner with her two children. The petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent. She is in custody since 27.08.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 6th -cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, I, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.834 of 2023.
