2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498(A)/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is case of matrimonial dispute.
4. Vide order dated 08.10.2024, the petitioner was granted provisional bail till 23.01.2025 on his assurance that he was willing to keep the victim (informant) with full dignity and honour. Further, vide order dated 11.02.2025, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner was extended by six months, as he
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69253 of 2024(6) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 had given written undertakings, (which is available with the record) to take his wife (the victim) from the court itself and to keep her with full dignity and honour.
5. Today, the petitioner, along with his mother and the victim, appeared in the Chamber. However, the petitioner and his mother refused to keep the victim and for the first time, they levelled an allegation against her that she has an illicit relationship with another person. This allegation does not find place in the bail petition.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is rejected.
7. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the court below shall take appropriate steps. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
