There happens to be recovery of 200 Gms of Ganja from the house of petitioner, which happens to be jointly occupied by family members and that being so, considering the detention of the petitioner since 13.08.2017, petitioner, Binod Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-3rd, Patna in Bakhtiarpur PS Case No. 117/2016.
