2. The petitioners seek bail in Excise Nawada P.S. Case No. 520 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-30(a) and 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Allegedly, 57.630 of foreign liquor was recovered from a car, on which, both the petitioners were sitting.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. The car, on which, illicit liquor is said to have been

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, especially, the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 2, Nawada in connection with Excise Nawada P.S. Case No. 520 of 2024 with condition that the petitioners shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
