The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 47, 48(ii) of the Bihar Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that only on the confessional statement of coaccused, petitioners have been made accused in this case. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1346 of 2017 (4) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
