Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner appears to be purchaser of the land. Although it is argued that petitioner in collusion with other accused got prepared forged sale deed but the genuineness of registered sale deed can only be looked into by a competent court.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, namely, Rajenda Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57984 of 2015 (2) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.55 of 2014, G.R. No.246 of 2014.
